Video News Clip: Jessica’s RE-Sentencing Hearing of 2/20/08
Jessica and her mother faced a difficult day in court Wednesday. Judge Lodge says he can do whatever he wants, and he wants her in prison. Why? I have no idea. His sentence has been overturned by the Appellate Court, and the Supreme Court refused to hear it. Lodge claims this is the most aggravated case of vehicular manslaughter he’s ever seen. We all know THAT ain’t true!

Was Jessica re-sentenced? What did the judge end up doing? Hopefully, at the least, the sentence will fall under the 50% work time/good time credits.

Hi:
I need to post what happened. Actually, they tried to resentence her to the maximum — 5 years — on the manslaughter, and her attorney objected. It is such a sham. They continued it to last Tuesday, and the DA was supposed to have her stuff to Steve by Friday, and didn’t get it to him till Monday. So he continued it again to the 18th of March.
